About Brass Era Auto Parts

This store started with a 1907 Cadillac Model M that came down through our family... and the parts we couldn't find for it.

The car needed work. When we went looking for parts, we found community instead: the AACA, the HCCA, and the Single Cylinder club. What we couldn't find, we started making — first for our own car, then for everyone else's. Five years ago, that became Brass Era Auto Parts.

We make and source the parts single cylinder Cadillac owners actually need: floor board hinges and latches reproduced to original dimensions, precision-machined Weston Mott differential gear sets, new replacement gears for the Lavigne Lubricator, and original pieces — like a mechanically restored Lavigne — brought back to working order.

Parts are made in small runs. When something sells out, we make more as need builds — one more reason to tell us what you're restoring.

And the Model M that started all this? Still on the stands. We're restoring right alongside you — which is exactly why the parts fit.
